Our founder, Puck, learned directly from a matcha master in Bali (yes, Bali!) who has decades of experience teaching the true Japanese way, the wabi-sabi way. That’s why we don’t just sell matcha; we share the story, the energy, and the ritual.

Our matcha is sourced straight from Kagoshima, Japan , one of the most respected tea-growing regions in the world. Nestled at the southern tip of Kyushu Island, Kagoshima’s volcanic soil, clean air, and balanced climate create the perfect conditions for premium green tea.
The leaves are carefully shaded before harvest, a technique that boosts their chlorophyll and amino acid content. That’s what gives Matchaa its deep green glow, smooth umami taste, and natural sweetness, without bitterness.
We work directly with small, family-owned farms who have been perfecting their craft for generations. Every tin of Matchaa you open is the result of care, tradition, and respect for nature.
