Matcha Cafe Grade
Here’s your matcha for baking, blending, and bold flavor.
Our Café Grade Matcha is harvested from later tea leaves, giving it a stronger, more toasty taste that holds its ground in recipes. Still pure, still Japanese, still full of nutrients but built to perform in your kitchen.
It’s a natural source of clean energy, chlorophyll, and catechins (antioxidants that help fight stress & inflammation). Add it to smoothies, cookies, or your favorite desserts and get that subtle matcha boost in every bite.
Difference: Café Grade has a deeper, earthier taste than Ceremonial or Premium: perfect for cooking, not for whisking solo.
Tastes like: bold, earthy, slightly bitter (in the best way).
Best for: smoothies, desserts, baking, energy balls.

This matcha is grown in Kagoshima, a lush region on Kyushu Island, Japan, surrounded by volcanoes, ocean breeze, and endless green hills. The soil here is naturally rich in minerals: basically, matcha heaven.
Our tea leaves are shade-grown for weeks before harvest, a slow process that deepens their color and boosts that smooth, umami flavor we all crave. Then, they’re stone-ground in small batches by local farmers who’ve been doing this for generations.
The result? A matcha that’s not just pretty and green, but full of character, depth, and calm energy in every sip.
